About Us

We are a team of young and energetic real estate professionals that manages residential and commercial properties in central San Diego and east county San Diego. With years of experience in the southern California real estate market, we are a full-service company that manages a variety of rental properties.

Josh was born in Urbana, Illinois and moved to California at a young age. He grew up in Apple Valley, California. Josh is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Management. Josh is the Owner and President of JD Property Management and Realty, Inc. Josh has over 8 years of management experience. He is a full time property manager and manages properties all over San Diego County. He enjoys and is very familiar with managing teams. Before JD Property Management and Realty, Inc., Josh was the Office Manager for a La Mesa property management company where he oversaw the day to day operation of over 550 residential rental properties. Josh is very involved in assessing fair market values in both the rental and sales market. He is a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors.

Real Estate Agent/Property Manager

Michael grew up in Apple Valley, California. Michael was a scholarship athlete playing college basketball for University of Minnesota, Crookston where he received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Michael is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been in management for the last 6 years. Before JD Property Management and Realty, Inc., Michael personally managed over 250 properties in San Diego County. He is a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors.
